Seductive Striptease 11:30-1:00pm
Explore your own sexy confidence and bring out your inner goddess in this steamy striptease dance workshop! You will learn a range of sultry and seductive moves then put them together into a full song routine. Bring a lingerie set to wear over your clothes and learn how to take it off during the dance routine. Suitable for anyone and everyone!
Sexy Flexy Pole Flow 1:30-3:00pm
A flexibility based dance class designed to improve your extension, flexibility, lines, and fluidity. The workshop begins with a range of stretches that flow together focusing on correct technique and muscle engagement. It will then continue on to a fluid dance routine around the pole incorporating flexy floor work. Suitable for all pole dancing levels.
